With the DECKTENT inflatable bimini you can enjoy sun protection on the entire deck of your boat. The DECKTENT can be set up within a few minutes. Inflate it, place it on deck at a suitable location and fix it in place. No need for a bimini pole or special brackets! Setting up a bimini has never been so easy!
Assembly and disassembly
We recommend to inflate the inflatable air hoses with an electric pump (12V/220V) with high flow rate (> 400 l/minute) and integrated pressure gauge to 4.0 PSI/0.28 bar.
Mounting
The DECKTENT is equipped with 2 height adjustable straps on each leg. These straps can be easily attached to a fixed part of the boat, be it a railing support, railing or lifeline, the grab handles of an inflatable boat/rib or a cleat. The DECKTENT can remain mounted on deck up to a cruising speed of up to 20 knots - provided that the boat structure at the attachment points can withstand the wind pressure encountered.
Sun protection
The sunsail is a tightly woven sailcloth made of the branded fiber Dacron 300D and offers an Ultraviolet Protection Factor UPF of 30+. Dacron is made of tightly woven polyester fibers. It offers very high tear and abrasion resistance, is completely windproof and water repellent (not waterproof).
